Terms of Use
1. The service
Wondy is an AI learning companion for children, managed by a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult, you are the child's parent or guardian, and you consent to your child using Wondy under these terms.
2. Subscriptions
Wondy offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) with a free trial, billed through your Apple account. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free-tier limits and paid features are shown in the app.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break the safety systems, misuse the AI, reverse-engineer the service, or use Wondy to generate harmful content. Wondy is a learning companion, not a medical, legal, or emergency resource.
4. AI content
Wondy's replies, stories, quizzes and artwork are generated by AI. We apply child-safety filtering and parental oversight tools, but AI can make mistakes — Wondy encourages children to check important things with a grown-up. Creations your child makes are yours to keep and share.
5. Your data
Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all data at any time in Parent Area → Account.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
